Atanas Popov has more than 10 years of experience founding and leading technology companies, as well as spearheading and implementing effective growth strategies. He was appointed General Manager of Embarcadero Technologies in 2015, with overall responsibility of executing the company's global business strategies. He is a passionate technologist with deep experience in product development, marketing and sales.

Prior to Idera, Inc. & Embarcadero, Atanas led the Media business at Acxiom, one of the leading Big Data CRM companies in the world. He was a portfolio CEO for several Versata companies and co-founded several technology start-ups in Healthcare and Ad tech. Atanas also brings over 10 years in management consulting experience from Wipro and Deloitte focusing on the Media and Technology industries. Atanas holds an MBA and BS in mathematics from USC.
